Gentlemen's Clubs are a class of striptease establishment that's a cut above the average strip bar. In this section we include strip bars along with the clubs. What distinguishes the clubs from the bars is their touch of class. The best of the gentlemen's clubs are rather posh, with comfortable armchairs for seating and stages suggestive of elegant modeling shows. Strip bars, on the other hand, are typically dimly lit bars with a small stage and pole. Gentlemen's clubs employ much better looking dancers. The best clubs are staffed with very gorgeous young women.
Lap dances or table dances are an attraction at some clubs and bars. At the high-class clubs the rules say you can't touch the dancer. There are patrons who like lots of physical contact, and these patrons usually don't like the lap dances they get at the gentlemen's clubs. They refer to them as "air dances". The experience you get at a gentlemen's club is an erotic one. It's primarily visual stimulation.
The majority of strip bars and clubs have women who only dance, and have no interest in providing any extra services for you. Many don't like being asked to, either. However, there remains a small portion of places where prostitution occurs.
